Welcome to aliveunlocked.com (the "Site"), operated by alive unlocked, the coaching and speaking practice of Jenn Smukler based in Hermosa Beach, California ("alive unlocked," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site shares information about Jenn Smukler, the ALIVE Method, 1:1 and small group coaching (including Unlock & Restore in 90 and The ALIVE Cohort), keynotes, workshops, wellness series, and other speaking engagements. It also offers a free downloadable guide, the ALIVE Method Blueprint, along with press, podcast, and event information.
Jenn Smukler is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a coach and educator, not a licensed physician, dietitian, therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.
All content on the Site, in the ALIVE Method Blueprint, in newsletters, and in coaching sessions, workshops, and talks is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Coaching complements, and never replaces, care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor or another qualified provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, medication, or health care, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on the Site.

Every coaching engagement begins with a conversation. Pricing is shared during that call rather than published on the Site. The specific terms of any 1:1 or group coaching program, including scheduling, payment, rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds, are set out in a separate client agreement, which governs if it differs from these Terms.
Coaching is a partnership, and results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
Keynotes, workshops, wellness series, ERG sessions, fireside chats, and corporate programs are customized to each organization. Fees, deliverables, travel, scheduling, and cancellation terms for each engagement are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
The ALIVE Method Blueprint and other free resources are for your personal, non-commercial use. By requesting the Blueprint, you also agree to receive Jenn's newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in any email.
Testimonials and video stories on the Site reflect the real experiences of individual clients and organizations and are shared with permission. Individual experiences vary, and testimonials are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will receive.
The Site and its contents, including the ALIVE Method name and framework, text, photographs, videos, graphics, the alive unlocked name and logo, and downloadable materials, belong to alive unlocked or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share the Site for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.
When you use the Site, you agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with how it works.
The Site uses and links to services run by others, including Calendly for scheduling, Vimeo for videos, Luma for events, Google Drive for the Blueprint download, and Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
